When you get a listing, the information is entered promptly into your Multiple Listing Service. Pulse Mailing taps that data to automatically create your custom Just Listed or Just Sold postcard. We mail it to 100 addresses (or 500, or as many as you choose) around the listing address. It can also mail to your own pre-defined mailing list (your "sphere of influence").

Automatic marketing at a very low cost

• Signup is free, and there are no setup, initiation, subscription or membership charges. You only pay for the postcards that are mailed.
• Just Listed postcards are 57 cents each, with a minimum of 100 cards per listing. The price includes printing, laminating, the targeted mailing list and First Class postage.
• Just Sold postcards are 49 cents each, and mail to the same addresses as the Just Listed card for that property.
